Tropical Pineapple Chicken Recipe

“Baked chicken, coated with a lemon-pineapple sauce makes this dish taste tropical.”
10 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
8 oz. crushed/pureed pineapple
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. ¬†Puree pineapple in a blender, and combine with honey, lemon juice and dry mustard in a small bowl. Mix all together. Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread the pineapple mixture over the chicken. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
