OPTIMAL YOU JOURNEY

I chose to be an Optimal You board member after experiencing the program first hand and realizing the positive effects on my personal and professional life.  I am a lot more aware that my choices today directly affect my future and as a health care professional I have the privilege to share that experience with my patients, friends, and family.  I am also more sensitive to the cause and effect results that patients can experience when they are pursuing a lifestyle change and I am excited about keeping them strong and encouraging them for a lifetime.  –Adelina
